Excellence is the state or quality of excelling or being exceptionally good; extreme merit; superiority

We are all capable of excelling, but how can we achieve excellence?

1. To excel means to be superior in quality.

In every area of our lives, we should give time and effort. Meaning, we should give quality in everything we do. The good should be better and the better should be the best.  

2. To excel means to be greater in quantity.

Quality is not complete without the quantity. As we give time and effort in something, it should be fruitful as well. We can’t call something excellent if it didn’t produce anything fruitful.

3. To excel means to transcend your job description.

We all have the ability to level up and levelling up means we are excelling. We should never be satisfied in one place. Rather, strive to be better and level up!

4. To excel is to outdo yourself each time.

We should always challenge ourselves to meet our goals. Step out from your comfort zones. There’s nothing more rewarding than receiving something you have worked hard for.

Colossians 3:17, 23
And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him. Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.

Do everything with excellence and for our Lord. It is not the men whom we should serve, but God who is worth serving for!
