Do you believe in miracles?

A wedding took place in Cana Galilee 2 days later. Jesus’ mother was there, and so as Jesus and His disciples were invited in the wedding. When the wine was given out, Jesus’ mother said, “They are out of wine.” (John 2:3) “Woman, why do you involve me?” Jesus replied. “My hour has not yet come.” (John 2:4)  His mother said to the servants, “Do whatever he tells you.” (John 2:5)

There stood 6 stone jars, filled with water that can hold 20-30 gallons, and are usually used in a ceremonial washing. Jesus said to the servants “Fill the jars with water”; so they filled them to the brim. Then he told them, “Now draw some out and take it to the master of the banquet.” They did so.(John 2:7-8) after that, they took the water out (the one that turned into wine) to the one in charge of the feats. As he tasted it, he called the bridegroom and said “Everyone brings out the choice wine first and then the cheaper wine after the guests have had too much to drink; but you have saved the best till now.” (John 2:10)

The first miracle that Jesus performed which revealed His glory to His disciples. From that day on, they have truly believed in the power of the hands of the Messiah. The son of God.

After that 1^st miracle, don’t you know that each day of our lives is considered a miracle? The moment you open your eyes is already a miracle, it means God gave you another chance at life. If you can still walk, run, talk, eat, and do other things is a miracle in itself; it means your senses are still working.

Treat everything, even the smallest, as a blessing. When something bad happens to you, it is still a blessing for it is God’s will that you experienced it. God will not give you something that will put you into harm.

You don’t need to empty the wine bottles and try God to fill another one. God is all-powerful and through Him nothing’s impossible. Claim it that God can do miracles and can do greater things than what you are expecting from Him. He saved the best wine especially for you, savour it.

The fact that you are reading this now is a miracle. See how great our God is! Let’s savour the wine He has especially given to us. ♥
